(referred to as "Anhui Cinda Real Estate") and Chongqing Huayu Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chongqing Huayu"), a holding subsidiary of Anhui Yerui Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Anhui Yerui"), with Anhui Yerui holding 60% of the shares and Anhui Cinda Real Estate holding 40%.

To further optimize the governance structure of Hefei Yetao, Anhui Cinda Real Estate will increase the number of appointed directors and the voting power of shareholders' meetings in Hefei Yetao.
