Based on the organization in the national advisory council, today, we have applied for approval of the "Delivery Supply Agreement" to the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry in accordance with Article 18, Paragraph 1 of the Electricity Business Act (Note 2), and we would like to inform you.

The implementation timing of the Delivery Supply Agreement, which was applied for approval this time, is scheduled for April 1, 2025, after undergoing examination by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
The main contents of the review are as attached.

(Note 1) Article 18, Paragraph 1 of the Electricity Business Act
General electricity suppliers must establish a transfer supply agreement for fees and other supply conditions in their supply area, in accordance with the period specified by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and must establish a transfer supply agreement in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and obtain approval from the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry. If there is a need to change this during the specified period, the same procedures apply.
