Acquisition details: (a) Unit 7 on the first floor of Building 13, Yuyue Tianyi Commercial Plaza, with a total construction area of 306.46 square meters, located at 65 Jintang Road, Zhoushi Town, Kunshan City, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China; and (b) Unit 12 on the first floor of Building 13, Yuyue Tianyi Commercial Plaza, with a total construction area of 208.08 square meters, located at 65 Jintang Road, Zhoushi Town, Kunshan City, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China; the total construction area of the property is 514.54 square meters.

Considering the prime location of the property, the group believes that this acquisition has the potential to optimize the group's revenue base and asset structure. The group also believes that this acquisition will provide better cash flow, potential capital appreciation, and higher future returns.
