Based on the changes in domestic and international market conditions and policies, to better safeguard the interests of the company and all shareholders, the company has made a prudent decision to change a portion of the unused raised funds and cumulative earnings from the original project to be used for the "auto and green energy aluminum industrial park project" implemented by its wholly-owned subsidiary, henan hongsheng new materials technology co., ltd., with a total investment amount of 2.006 billion yuan. The amount of raised funds proposed to be used is 1.207 billion yuan, along with the interest and financial management income generated from the corresponding raised funds account, minus the handling fees, resulting in a remaining balance of 0.021 billion yuan, subject to the actual amount after bank settlement on the date the funds are transferred out. The amount of raised funds involved in this change in allocation is 1.229 billion yuan, accounting for 96.87% of the total actual raised funds. The company will open a special account for the raised funds for the new project of hongsheng new materials after passing the shareholder meeting's deliberation on the change of the raised funds investment project, ensuring that the transferred raised funds are used specifically for their intended purpose.
