On November 29, Gelonghui reported that China Aerospace Times Electronics (600879.SH) announced that the "Integrated Measurement and Control Communication Terminal and Next-Generation Antenna Product Industrialization Project" from the asset acquisition project and the fundraising activities carried out in 2017 was implemented by the company's subsidiary Shanghai Aerospace Electronics Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shanghai Aerospace"). A total of 140.25 million yuan was invested in the raised funds, which have been completed and accepted. The funding for the fundraising project undertaken by Shanghai Aerospace was recorded as loan transactions between the parent and subsidiary companies. To address the issue of outstanding accounts between the company and Shanghai Aerospace and to enhance the closed-loop management of financing projects, the company will increase the investment into the fundraising project construction funds of 140.25 million yuan managed by Shanghai Aerospace.
