According to internal media reports, Guo Qing, the chairman of jd.com (09618.HK) (JD.US), recently officially took over the management of the jd.com Flash Delivery business under the DaDa Nexus (DADA.US), while the former person in charge of this business, Li Changming, General Manager of jd.com To Home, was reassigned to the newly established DaDa Central Ecosystem Business Department, responsible for strategic client development.

In addition, Yang Wenjie, who reportedly served as the General Manager of the Meituan (03690.HK) takeaway business development department, has also joined DaDa Nexus, taking on the role of head of the DaDa Flash Delivery business.

Official records show that DaDa Nexus fully integrated into the jd.com ecosystem in May of this year, launching a brand new image as "jd.com Flash Delivery", integrating the original real-time retail brands "jd.com Hourly Delivery" and "jd.com To Home", providing real-time shopping services to hundreds of millions of jd.com users, and the group's original instant delivery service, "DaDa Express Delivery", was concurrently renamed as "DaDa Flash Delivery".
