Minsheng Bank (01988.HK) announced that, regarding the financial loan contract dispute, it filed a lawsuit against Oceanwide Holdings and others. Oceanwide Holdings is dissatisfied with certain contents of the civil judgment from the Beijing Financial Court and has appealed to the Beijing High People's Court. The bank received the civil judgment from the Beijing High People's Court on Wednesday (27th), which rejected the appeal and upheld the original ruling. The second-instance handling fee of 4,206.79 yuan will be borne by Oceanwide Holdings. This judgment is a final ruling.

The company believes that the progress of the above litigation will not have a significant adverse impact on normal operational activities.
