Emperor International (00727.HK) announced that the deadline for accepting the offer of shares and payment of capital as well as the deadline for applying for additional shares and payment of capital was last Thursday (21st) at 4:00 pm. It has received valid acceptances for 16 provisional quotas under the provisional allotment notice, involving a total of 0.244 billion shares of the offer shares, equivalent to approximately 13.79% of the maximum number of 1.766 billion shares of offer shares available for subscription under the offer; and has received valid applications for 3 additional shares under the additional application form, involving a total of 1.656 billion shares of the offer shares, equivalent to approximately 93.74% of the maximum number of 1.766 billion shares of offer shares available for subscription under the offer.

A total of 19 valid acceptances and applications for 1.899 billion shares of the offer shares have been accepted and applied for, equivalent to 107.53% of the maximum number of 1.766 billion shares of offer shares available for sale under the offer.

According to the above results, oversubscribed by 0.133 billion shares of the offer shares, equivalent to approximately 7.53% of the maximum 1.766 billion shares of offer shares available for sale under the offer.
