ESR (01821) announced that it refers to the announcements made on December 13, 2022, March 6, 2023, and December 1, 2023, as well as the announcement dated June 21, 2024 (the "previous announcements"), which relate to the pilot program launched by the National Development and Reform Commission and the China Securities Regulatory Commission, to publicly raise infrastructure securities investment funds for the potential listing on the Shanghai exchange of three high-standard logistics projects: Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III of Jiangsu Fulide Warehousing Co., Ltd., located in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, China.

As disclosed in the Previous Announcement on June 21, 2024, the Shanghai Stock Exchange has issued a no-objection letter for the proposed securities investment fund to be listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission has approved the registration of the securities investment fund. Due to market conditions at that time, sales of the securities investment fund did not commence after the Previous Announcement was published.

The board of directors announced that on November 29, 2024, the securities investment fund commenced sales on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
