We would like to inform you about the handling of various services during the year-end and New Year holidays (2024/12/31 (Tuesday) to 2025/1/6 (Monday)) of Japan Post Bank, Ltd. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Director and Representative Executive Officer and President Takayuki Kasama) as follows.
ATMs that carry out holiday service※ will remain open during the same period. You can deposit and refund regular savings accounts at approximately 14,000 ATMs nationwide, including small ATMs installed at FamilyMart, etc.

* “Holiday Service” is the name of a service where ATMs can be used on Sundays and holidays.
Please check the business hours etc. of each ATM on the Japan Post website “Search Post Offices/ATMs (opens in a separate window)”.
