On November 28, Glorious Holdings reported that nanning baling technology (002592.SZ) announced the convening of the 12th meeting of the 7th board of directors and the 12th meeting of the 7th supervisory board on November 28, 2024, to review and approve the proposal on acquiring the minority shares of the controlling subsidiary and changing the registered address of the subsidiary. It was agreed that the company would acquire 4.8% equity held by Huang Guowei in the company's controlling subsidiary Anhui Baling Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Anhui Baling) for 1.1141 million yuan, and simultaneously change Anhui Baling's registered address from the original location in the Sanshan Economic Development Zone, Wuhu City, Anhui Province, to the Jiangbei Industrial Concentration Area, Wuhu City, Anhui Province. After the equity transfer is completed, the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Liuzhou Baling Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Liuzhou Baling) will jointly hold 100% of the equity in Anhui Baling.
