On November 28, Gelonhui Fe Consort Intl (00035.HK) announced that in the first half of the 2025 fiscal year, the company's income decreased by 18.7% to approximately HK$ 5,200,000,000, mainly due to a decrease in the completion and settlement of residential property development projects compared to the same period last year. Despite the decrease in income recognition from property development, the group's recurring income business recorded revenue growth. Due to the decrease in income in the first half of the 2025 fiscal year, various one-time and non-operating expenditure factors, shareholders' share of the net loss is approximately HK$ 770,000,000.

As of September 30, 2024, the adjusted net debt-to-equity ratio (non-GAAP financial measurement) remained at 68.8%, the net debt to adjusted total assets ratio (non-GAAP financial measurement) remained at a robust level of 35.2%. The group continues to prudently manage its capital structure, refinancing part of its short-term debt through the banking market and actively monetizing non-core assets, aiming to reduce debt levels and accelerate the completion of properties under development.
