According to the Zhito Finance APP, Shanxi Guoxin Energy Corporation (600617.SH) announced that it will further promote the integration of urban heating enterprises within Shanxi province to enhance the company's professional operation capabilities and business synergy in the urban heating sector. The wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanxi Huaxin Urban Gas Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huaxin Urban Gas"), as the integration entity of the urban heating sector, intends to acquire 34% of the equity of Changzhi China Res Gas Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Changzhi China Res Gas") held by Huaxin Gas Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huaxin Gas Group"). The trading counterpart, Huaxin Gas Group, is the controlling shareholder of the company.
