Financial news appZhitong Finance, Times Electric (03898) announced that its shareholder CRRC Corporation Asset Management intends to shareholding approximately 9.3808 million shares of the company, accounting for 0.66% of the company's current total share capital, to transfer to the company's controlling shareholder CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute Co., Ltd. through block trade.

This equity change is an internal shareholding adjustment within different entities under the control of the same controller, not involving reduction of shareholding in the market. After this transfer, the proportion of shares held by the company's controlling shareholder CRRC Zhuzhou will increase from 41.87% to 42.53%, with the shareholding proportion held by CRRC Corporation unchanged at 47.88%.
