According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TAI CHEUNG HOLD (00088) reported mid-term results for the six months ending September 30, 2024, with revenue of 11.8 million Hong Kong dollars, a year-on-year decrease of 87.47%; profit attributable to shareholders of 36.6 million Hong Kong dollars, a year-on-year increase of 2.52%; and basic earnings per share of 5.9 Hong Kong cents.

The announcement stated that the group’s Ap Lei Chau site will be developed into a luxury residence with recreational facilities and parking. Above-ground construction is progressing steadily as planned, and it is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
