Sofia Holdings <6942> announced on the 27th that it has revised its forecast for the full year ending March 2025, which was disclosed on May 15.
In the new forecast, revenue is expected to decrease by 4.9% to 8.396 billion yen compared to the previous announcement, operating profit is expected to decrease by 35.5% to 0.054 billion yen, ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 26.4% to 0.029 billion yen, net income attributable to parent company shareholders is expected to increase by 2456.9% to 0.278 billion yen, and net income per share is revised to 59.47 yen.
The company stated that the main reasons for the performance forecast revision were reassessment of planned figures due to business reorganization in the internet-related business segment, and subsequent adjustment of the overall planned figures for the group.
On the other hand, net income attributable to parent company shareholders was revised due to the recognition of special profit of 0.393 billion yen from the full transfer of Aqua, a consolidated subsidiary.
As a result, revenue was revised due to the impact of changes in consolidated subsidiary and also considering the decrease in sales due to the deviation from the initial planned figures caused by a decrease in the number of prescriptions in the first half in the dispensing pharmacy and related business.
