On November 28, Keeson Technology Corporation (603610.SH) stated on an interactive platform that the company has established overseas assembly factories for smart electric beds in Vietnam and Mexico. The assembly capacity of the factory in Binh Duong, Vietnam is 0.6 million units per year, and smart electric beds sold to North America are prioritized for assembly and shipping in this region. By the end of 2023, the company purchased land and began construction of the Binh Phu factory in Vietnam at the beginning of 2024, which, once completed, can achieve an annual assembly capacity of 1 million units, basically meeting the order demands of major customers. This factory is expected to officially start production in 2025. Once the Binh Phu factory in Vietnam is operational, the company's factory in Binh Duong will gradually relocate and cease operation. The intelligent electric bed assembly factory in Mexico is designed for an annual capacity of 0.5 million units, releasing capacity according to orders. Currently, the USA has imposed a 25% tariff on smart electric bed products exported from China, while there are no tariffs on smart electric bed products exported from Vietnam and Mexico to the USA. Therefore, major customers in the North American market can prioritize shipments from the overseas factories.
