Lalamove's founder and CEO, Zhou Shengfu, said at a forum that china has developed maturely in multiple fields and has the ability to export advanced products and technology overseas. Through digital automation and asia vets, Lalamove has significantly improved the efficiency of vehicle and cargo matching, reduced the idle time of trucks, and achieved efficient circulation of goods, saving more than 10 billion yuan in costs for the mainland every year. Now on the Lalamove platform, merchants can find the required truck in 10 seconds, greatly saving waiting time and costs. With the development of the platform, Lalamove also provides flexible and free employment opportunities for nearly 7 million drivers.
Lalamove's Chief Operating Officer, Lu Jiapei, stated at a roundtable forum that Lalamove's overall business covers over 400 cities in asia, latin america, and europe, the middle east and africa (EMEA), and this year has expanded to japan and turkey.
Currently, over 80% of users in Lalamove's overseas business are small and medium-sized enterprises, which are the core customers of Lalamove in all markets.
Lalamove's parent company, "Lala Technology", has applied for listing in Hong Kong for the fourth time this October, with co-sponsors being goldman sachs, merrill lynch, and jpmorgan.
