Kuaishou (01024.HK) announced that due to adjustments in business content and comprehensive decision-making by the platform, Kuaishou e-commerce will abolish the "refund without return service," and will introduce better service products for everyone to use.

The company stated that for merchants who have activated the "refund without return service," the platform will terminate the provision of this service to merchants on December 2. Merchants can actively terminate the contract before December 2, and if they do not terminate by then, the platform will automatically terminate the contract at expiration. For existing orders, the system will still execute according to the original configuration.
