With the unanimous consent of all partners of Bokai Limited Partnership, the executing partner of Bokai Limited Partnership has been changed. The business registration change of the executing partner for Bokai Limited Partnership has been completed recently, and a new 'Business License' has been issued by the Administrative Approval Bureau of the Jiangbei New District Management Committee of Nanjing. Following the above changes, the concerted action relationship between Bokai Limited Partnership and Mr. Liu Jun has been terminated, and Mr. Liu Jun's proportion of voting rights held in the company has decreased by 2.3590% accordingly.
