Knight Frank has announced that it has been commissioned as the exclusive agent to sell the Yixi Yajie Hotel - Tsuen Wan, located at 12 Gaiqing Road, Kwai Chung. This is a 21-story hotel near Kwai Hing MTR Station, with a construction area of over 50,468 square feet, offering a total of 170 guest rooms, and a parking lot on the ground floor.

The Tang Chengbo family sold the same series of Yixi Yajie Hotel - Lizhi Corner for about 0.22 billion yuan in September this year, reportedly to the asset management company Y.X under Crystal Garden Investment, which plans to convert it into a student hostel.
