Shanghai conducted the seventh batch of land auctions today, with a total of 10 plots located in Baoshan District, Pudong New Area, Hongkou District, Yangpu District, Putuo District, Minhang District, and Qingpu District, with a total starting price of 25.65 billion RMB (below).

One of them is a residential land plot located in Pudong New Area. According to the transaction information, after 191 rounds of bidding, the land was jointly acquired by China Resources Land (01109.HK), Ch Energy Eng Group, and Yuexiu (00123.HK) for 7.897 billion RMB, with a floor price of 74,426 yuan per square meter, a premium rate of 40.37%.

The total area and transfer area of the land plot are both 53,052.36 square meters, with a building area of 0.1061 million square meters, a plot ratio of 2.0, and a starting price of 5.626 billion RMB.
