(hereinafter referred to as “Good Life Longde Branch”) signed a “Property Lease Contract”. Beautiful Life Longde Branch plans to lease No. 186 Tanglong Road, Changping District, Beijing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors of German Plaza Shopping Center Also, part of the property on the first basement floor (hereinafter referred to as “rental property”), has a total leased area of 33,013 m2 and is used to operate the DT51 department store. The lease period is 10 years from the start date of the lease, and the starting annual rent is 31,979,800 yuan.

DT51 is positioned as a community-type fashion boutique department store. It is a commercial project with unique competitiveness aimed at middle and high-end consumers. This time, Beautiful Life Longde Branch plans to rent a property to operate the DT51 department store. The main purpose of the transaction is for the company to rely on DT51's core competitiveness and use its unique business model and strong brand resources to expand new projects and empower the transformation and upgrading of the Longde Plaza Shopping Center, in line with the company's overall development strategy and operating needs.
