On November 27, Gelonghui reported that jinjian cereals industry (600127.SH) announced it has received a written resignation letter submitted by Mr. Su Zhen. Due to work adjustments, Mr. Su Zhen has applied to resign from the positions of chairman, director, and member of relevant specialized committees of the board of directors. After resigning from the aforementioned positions, Mr. Su Zhen will not hold any position in the company. As of the date of this report, Mr. Su Zhen does not directly or indirectly hold any shares in the company.
