On November 27, Gelonghui reported that Nantong Jianghai Capacitor (002484.SZ) announced that on November 26, 2024, the sixth meeting of the board of directors and the seventh meeting of the board of supervisors were held, where the proposal regarding the completion of fundraising projects and the permanent supplement of remaining raised funds to working capital was approved. The company agreed to conclude the 2016 non-public stock issuance investment projects for the supercapacitor industrialization project and high-voltage large-capacity film capacitor project, and to permanently supplement working capital with the remaining funds from the special account of the aforementioned fundraising projects amounting to 243.5383 million yuan (subject to the actual amount after bank interest calculation on the date of fund transfer), to be used for the company's daily operation and business development. After the transfer of remaining raised funds and pending payments is completed, the company will proceed with the cancellation procedures for the relevant fundraising special account.
