The latest S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller House Price Indices released by s&p global shows that in September 2024, house prices in 20 cities in the usa increased by 4.6% year-on-year, the lowest growth rate in a year, lower than the market forecast of 4.8%, while August was 5.2%.

Compared with the previous month, the House Price Index decreased by 0.3%, the same as the decline in August.
