On November 26, Gelonghui reported that Zhejiang East Crystal Electronic (002199.SZ) announced that the company recently received a notice from its major shareholder, Mr. Li Qingyue, who holds more than 5% of the shares, informing that the transfer of shares to Ningbo Ningju Asset Management Center (Limited Partnership) (representing "Ningbo Ningju Asset Management Center (Limited Partnership) - Ningju Yingshanhong No. 3 Private Securities Investment Fund", hereinafter referred to as "Ningbo Ningju") has been completed at the China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Clearing Company"). The transfer registration procedures for the above-mentioned shares were completed on November 25, 2024, and Mr. Li Qingyue has obtained the "Securities Transfer Registration Confirmation Letter" issued by China Clearing Company.
After this share transfer agreement, Mr. Li Qingyue holds 16,680,360 shares of the company, accounting for 6.85% of the company's total share capital, making him the third-largest shareholder; Ningbo Ningju holds 14,500,000 shares of the company, accounting for 5.96% of the company's total share capital, becoming the fifth-largest shareholder.
Before this share transfer agreement, the largest shareholder of the company was Mr. Li Qingyue; after this share transfer agreement, the largest shareholder has changed to Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Area Blue Ocean Investment Management Center (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Blue Ocean Investment Management"). As of the date of this announcement, Blue Ocean Investment Management holds 24,399,453 shares of the company, accounting for 10.02% of the company's total share capital.
