(hereinafter referred to as "the company") recently received the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "CSRC")'s "Approval for gf sec Co., Ltd. to Engage in Market Maker Trading Business for Listed Securities" (license [2024] No. 1628) (hereinafter referred to as "the approval"). According to this approval, the CSRC has authorized the company to engage in market maker trading business for listed securities.

The company will strictly adhere to relevant regulations and the requirements of the aforementioned approval, amend the "Articles of Association"; handle the business registration modification and reissue the securities and futures business license; make preparations in terms of personnel, business facilities, information systems, and operational locations; enhance information technology security management to ensure the safe and stable running of the information systems for market maker trading business of listed securities; strengthen dynamic risk monitoring of the market maker trading business to ensure it operates within the company’s predetermined risk limits.
