Suncity Group (01918.HK), in cooperation with CITIC and New Hu, officially announced the naming of the core urban renewal project in shanghai as "Shanghai One Courtyard", with 107 high-rise units set to be launched by the end of this year.

This project is located in the core area of the old town in Huangpu District, shanghai, adjacent to Xintiandi, shanghai lujiazui finance & trade zone development, Yu Garden, and the Bund, with a total construction area of approximately 0.43 million square meters, providing a total of 684 residential units.

In August of this year, the project was previously named "Jinyuan" and launched the first batch of 33 units, all of which were sold out, involving a transaction amount of nearly 1.83 billion RMB.
