Systech Bhd recorded a revenue of RM17.02 million for its second quarter ended Sept 30, 2024 (2Q25), a 244% increase, compared to RM4.95 million recorded in 2Q24.
For the first six months of its financial year 2025 (6M25), the group recorded a cumulative revenue of RM27.22 million, a 177% increase, compared to RM9.8 million in 6M24.
The growth was largely driven by its corporate solutions and e-logistic solution, followed by the successful integration of recent strategic acquisitions, including TalentCloud AI Sdn Bhd and Wilstech Sdn Bhd, which have significantly bolstered the group's capabilities in artificial intelligence (AI)-driven solutions and digital corporate services.
For the current quarter, Systech achieved a significant turnaround in profit before tax (PBT) by 184% to RM0.376 million compared to a loss before tax (LBT) of RM0.447 million recorded in 2Q24.
Quarter-on-quarter, Systech's performance in 2Q25 demonstrated a strong rebound, with revenue increasing from RM10.19 million in 1Q25 to RM17.02 million in 2Q25, driven by higher contributions from the corporate solutions segment.
Furthermore, Systech reported a PBT of RM0.38 million for the quarter compared to a LBT of RM0.69 million in 1Q25. The improved profitability reflects the strong performance of Systech's corporate solutions segment and the synergies realised from its strategic acquisitions.
Moving forward, Systech is focused on driving growth through its corporate solutions segment, emphasising digital transformation and automation via AI, ERP, Internet of Things, HCM solutions and cybersecurity.
Systech's share closed at 25 sen on Nov 25, representing a market capitalisation of RM161.1 million.
