(hereinafter referred to as "Guangdong Installation") received a "Notice of Winning Bid" (Guangzhou Gongzi Jiao (Construction) Zhi [2024] No. [14582]) from Guangzhou Trading Group Co., Ltd., confirming Guangdong Installation as the winning bidder for the "Electromechanical Installation Project of Guangdong Construction Science and Innovation Building". The contracted content is as specified in the bidding documents, with a winning bid price of 307.76998303 million yuan (the final amount is subject to the actual contract signed).

According to the bidding documents, the project is located in the Tianhe District of Guangzhou, and the construction content includes the water supply and drainage project, electrical engineering, heating and ventilation engineering, asia vets engineering, fire protection engineering, and lightning protection engineering of the Guangdong Construction Science and Innovation Building project. The owner of this project is Guangzhou Jianxin Rongfu Co., Ltd., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangdong Construction Engineering Group Holding Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of the company, and the wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangdong Jianxin Investment and Financing Housing Leasing Co., Ltd. This establishment represents a related party transaction as Guangdong Installation undertakes the aforementioned works for the owner.
