According to a report on November 25th from the Financial Association, Netease Cloud Music's official Weibo today called out to QQ Music, "Less following-type 'updates', more real innovation."
Netease Cloud Music stated in a declaration that its launched music player 'DIY function' has been plagiarized by QQ Music into 'player customization function', and it detailed QQ Music being accused in recent years of 'imitating' and plagiarizing Netease Cloud Music’s vinyl playback page, Together Listen, and the Palace Museum-themed player, calling for QQ Music to immediately stop its plagiaristic 'innovation', borrowing 'creativity', and following-type 'updates'.
Netease Cloud Music stated that every update from QQ Music boasts of innovation and creativity, but what is visible everywhere is just the two characters: 'plagiarism'.
