Hong Kong & China Gas Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "hk & china gas") and its subsidiary have become an industry leader in Asia in large-scale production of green methanol using gasification technology since 2022, obtaining international certifications such as EU ISCC EU and ISCC PLUS. Both parties intend to cooperate to leverage their respective advantages in investment construction, technical support, and market operations, investing in phases to establish a green fuel and chemical investment platform, attracting strategic investors from industries including but not limited to shipping companies and ship fuel oil bunkering companies, to jointly cooperate in the production, investment development, and collaborative industry chain construction of green fuel and chemical projects, and to promote green economy development.
