World Super Holdings (08612) announced that the share consolidation will take effect on November 26, 2024 (Tuesday). The consolidated shares will be traded on the Stock Exchange starting at 9:00 am on November 26, 2024 (Tuesday).

Due to the share consolidation taking effect, the change in the trading unit per board lot will be effective on December 10, 2024 (Tuesday). The trading unit per board lot for shares traded on the Stock Exchange will be changed from 10,000 existing shares to 20,000 consolidated shares. Trading of the consolidated shares with the new trading unit of 20,000 shares per board lot will reopen at 9:00 am on December 10, 2024 (Tuesday).
