The Guangzhou Taikoo Warehouse Reconstruction Project - Taikoo Warehouse No.1, only took three months from signing the land transfer contract to groundbreaking, and is expected to be completed in the second half of 2025.

The total investment of the project is approximately 2 billion RMB, with a total construction area of approximately 0.085 million square meters, including 3 towers of 16 floors, a 3-story podium, 7 standalone commercial buildings, and 3 underground levels.
