According to the announcement from the Smart Finance APP, Zhejiang Jinggong Integration Technology (002006.SZ) signed contract number ZYJG202441023, titled 'Sales Contract,' with Sichuan Zhongyihuixin New Materials Technology Co., Ltd (referred to as Zhongyihuixin Company), on November 23, 2024. The total contract amount is 0.516 billion RMB (including taxes). As per the contract, the company will deliver a set of carbon fiber complete production line (referred to as carbonization line) and a set of precursor production line (referred to as precursor line) with its supporting public utilities to Zhongyihuixin Company, and carry out installation, commissioning, and acceptance.

This transaction is mainly to accelerate the market development of a series of carbon fiber equipment. It is a normal sales activity with a total contract amount of 0.516 billion RMB (including taxes), accounting for 29.62% of the company's audited total operating income in 2023.
