On November 22, Gelonghui reported that Sichuan Yahua Industrial Group (002497.SZ) stated in its investor relations that the company entered the lithium industry in 2013 by holding shares in Guoli Company, specializing in lithium mine mining, lithium resource procurement, product development, manufacturing, sales, and trade. Currently, it owns two lithium mines, the Lijia Gou lithium mine in Sichuan and the high-quality Kamativi lithium mine in Zimbabwe; three high-quality lithium salt product production bases, namely Ya'an Lithium Industry, Sichuan Guoli, and Xingsheng Lithium Industry; and has signed long-term exclusive agreements with mineral resource companies such as Pilbara, DMCC, ABY, and Atlas, ensuring the supply of lithium resources for Yahua's lithium industry. The company's high-quality lithium salt products have international influence and market position in the lithium industry and are important long-term suppliers for leading domestic and international companies such as TESLA, SKON, LGES, LGC, Panasonic, and contemporary amperex technology.

The company currently has a comprehensive design capacity of 0.073 million tons for lithium salt, and the third phase "high-grade lithium salt material production line" project is also under construction, expected to produce 0.03 million tons this year, and after full completion, the capacity will expand to 0.17 million tons. Sichuan Guoli is one of the earliest domestic companies engaged in lithium salt product production; Ya'an Lithium Industry possesses the most advanced production technology in the world, achieving full automation of production, informatization of management, and digitization of production, and is at the forefront of the industry in intermediate electrochemical testing and consistency control.
