After discussions between the company and PricewaterhouseCoopers regarding the suggestion to change auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers agreed to resign as the company's auditor, effective from November 22, 2024.

The board of directors further announced that, based on the recommendation of the audit committee, the board has resolved to appoint Grant Thornton Hong Kong Limited as the company's auditor, effective from November 22, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers, with a term lasting until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
