Eminence ent (00616.HK) announced on November 22 that compared to the net loss of approximately 0.1583 billion Hong Kong dollars for the six months ended September 30, 2023, the group expects a net loss of not less than 0.24 billion Hong Kong dollars for the six months ended September 30, 2024.

The expected increase in net loss is mainly due to (including) (i) an increase in loss from changes in fair value of investment properties; (ii) net loss from changes in fair value of financial assets accounted for at fair value; (iii) losses from the modification of convertible bonds terms; and (iv) increased financing costs, partially offset by a decrease in net amount of impairment of development properties held for sale.
