Lufax Holdings (06623.HK) announced that Jiuliving has resigned from the positions of executive director, co-CEO, and company's authorized representative due to dedicating more time to personal matters. Wong Yuk Keung and Cheung Yuk Tung have resigned from the positions of non-executive director and independent non-executive director respectively due to changes in personal work arrangements. The resignations of the three individuals are effective as of today.

The company also announced the appointment of Zhu Peiqing as an executive director of the company, Guo Shibang as a non-executive director, and as non-executive director, with all appointments effective today.
