Duosangyun (06696.HK) announced that the chairman of the board, executive director, and controlling shareholder Liu Jianhui informed that his wholly-owned Many Idea Liujianhui sold a total of 0.3 billion shares of the company to four independent third parties today (22nd) at an average price of 0.166 yuan per share, accounting for approximately 22.06% of the company's issued share capital, cashing out 49.8 million yuan.

After the completion of the transaction, Liu Jianhui, through his controlled Many Idea Liujianhui, holds a total of 0.323 billion shares of the company with Xiamen Huli District Dream Future Investment Partnership Enterprise, reducing his shareholding to approximately 23.73%.
