• On Thursday, the US Treasury bonds continued to decline, with short-term bonds leading the way. Risk appetite increased during the trading session, with the yield on US 2-year Treasury notes rising by 3.42 basis points to 4.3487% and the yield on US 10-year Treasury notes increasing by 1.18 basis points to 4.4218%. The yield spread between French and German bonds widened for the fourth consecutive trading day. European stock markets rose, with energy stocks rising to offset geopolitical uncertainties. The yield on UK 10-year Treasury notes decreased by 2.6 basis points to 4.443%, while the German 10-year Treasury notes yield fell by 3.3 basis points to 2.318%.
