The company plans to use the existing total share capital of 416,798,400 shares, excluding 9,098,096 repurchased shares in the repurchase special securities account, leaving 407,700,304 shares as the base, to distribute cash dividends of RMB 8.09 (tax included) per 10 shares to all shareholders, with an estimated total cash dividend distribution of RMB 329,829,545.94 (tax included). This profit distribution does not include bonus shares and does not increase the share capital through capital reserve.
