Kingwo Financial News | hkex (00388) announces the appointment of Zhou Guanying as the Group Chief Sustainability Officer, and Wu Ruihua as the Group Chief Communications Officer.

The Group Chief Sustainability Officer is a newly established position. Zhou Guanying will be responsible for promoting a global strategy that aligns with hkex's mission and long-term goals, fully integrating environmental, social, and corporate governance (esg) into hkex's operations, policies, and corporate culture, while also overseeing hkex's sustainability department and related matters, including hkex's carbon market Core Climate. Zhou Guanying will continue to serve as the Group General Counsel, managing the Group's legal and company secretary affairs.
