This includes building a number of smart factories and smart supply chains, vigorously developing smart logistics equipment, and promoting the construction of cross-border e-commerce rules that align with international standards in areas such as data flow, commodity traceability, and electronic signatures, thereby expanding new space for digital trade.
At the same time, the implementation plan for carbon peaking in the industrial sector and key industries will be deeply implemented, accelerating the research and application of energy-saving and carbon-reduction technologies, and promoting the energy efficiency improvement of key energy-consuming equipment; aligning with international carbon footprint assessment and carbon trading rules, guiding new energy products to meet the demands of foreign energy transition markets, and vigorously developing green low-carbon industries and green trade.
