Fajarbaru's Q1 Profit Soar 142% Riding On Strong Construction Activity

Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd announced its results for the first quarter of its financial year, recording a revenue of RM136.4 million, representing a remarkable 87.0% increase, year on year. The Group achieved a profit before tax and profit after tax of RM11.5 million and RM7.2 million, an outstanding 237.7% and 142.5% surge as compared to RM3.4 million and RM3.0 million in Q1FYE2024.

The group said the overall stronger performance was primarily attributed to the higher revenue contributions from the property development and construction segments.

Fajarbaru declared an interim single-tier dividend of 1.0 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ending 30 June 2025, amounting to RM7.4 million.

The Group's order book currently stands at an impressive RM1.1 billion, providing a strong foundation for sustained growth and will provide positive earnings visibility over the coming years.
