According to the CITIC Securities News App, Shandong Molong Petroleum Machinery (00568) announced that since the end of the special shareholders' meeting, Mr. Ding Yi has retired as a non-executive director, and Mr. Tang Qingbin, Mr. Song Zhiwang, and Mr. Cai Zhongjie have retired as independent non-executive directors.

Since the end of the special shareholders' meeting, Mr. Han Gaogui and Mr. Yuan Rui have been re-elected, and Mr. Zhang Zhiyong and Mr. Wang Tao have been appointed as executive directors of the eighth board of directors; Ms. Zhang Min has been re-elected, and Mr. Ma Qingwen has been appointed as non-executive director of the eighth board of directors; and Mr. Zhang Zhenquan, Mr. Dong Shaohua, and Mr. Zhang Binggang have been appointed as independent non-executive directors of the eighth board of directors.

Since the end of the special shareholders' meeting, Mr. Liu Cheng'an's resignation as supervisor has taken effect.

Due to the expiration of the term of office of the seventh supervisory board, Mr. Liu Shubao has retired as an employee representative supervisor, effective from November 21, 2024.
