Jilin OLED Material Tech is a representative enterprise in the domestic OLED materials and evaporation source equipment industry. Its downstream customers mainly include JD.com, Skyworth Group, TCL China Star, Visionox Technology Inc., and Hisense Electric Co.,Ltd., etc.

It is worth mentioning that driven by strong end-demand, domestic panel companies have ushered in a new expansion cycle for the 8.6th generation AMOLED production line. On September 25th this year, JD.com held a ceremony to celebrate the full completion of the first domestic 8.6th generation AMOLED production line.
Jilin OLED Material Tech is also conducting research and development and market promotion work on high-generation AMOLED linear evaporation source equipment, silicon-based OLED sputtering machine, titanium calcium sputtering machine, and other equipment.
"Currently, it is understood that domestic panel manufacturers have not yet tendered for the 8.6th generation AMOLED linear evaporation source equipment." Xuan Jingquan, chairman and general manager of Jilin OLED Material Tech, stated in response to questions from reporters of the "Science and Technology Innovation Board Daily", "However, based on the leading advantage in the field of evaporation source equipment, the company is steadily advancing the transformation of the 6th generation line. As of now, the confirmed income from the transformation of 6th generation lines this year amounts to 28.646 million yuan (excluding tax)."
"Regarding the company's silicon-based OLED sputtering machine, due to higher resolution requirements, the silicon-based OLED sputtering machine needs better alignment and transmission systems. The company is steadily advancing its research and market promotion; as for the perovskite sputtering equipment, the company has completed the design and processing of the perovskite sputtering machine and is currently undergoing prototype testing," Xuan Jingquan said.
It is reported that Jilin OLED Material Tech is exploring the gradual introduction of advanced digital technologies such as AI and high-throughput screening into the material development process. It has extended to packaging materials and PSPI fields, accelerating the localization process of related products in areas such as PFAS-Free PSPI, black photoresist (BPDL), PR, slimming formulations for packaging materials, and low dielectric constant technology.
"Especially in the field of photoresist materials, the PSPI material and PR material have high technological barriers. Only a few domestic material companies have conducted independent research and production. There is vast potential for localization, and we have also made certain progress in these aspects," Xuan Jingquan said.
He mentioned, "PSPI material is the photoresist in the OLED display process. The company has achieved production line supply and generated revenue of 11.005 million yuan in the first half of this year. It is actively promoting the testing of PSPI materials in leading panel companies; PR material is a low-temperature color photoresist, the core material for COE (depolarizing technology), and currently the research and development progress is smooth."
It is reported that Jilin OLED Material Tech, as one of the core material companies in the domestic OLED industry chain, undertakes multiple national projects in the research and development of printed OLED materials and devices. Their ongoing projects include "Inkjet Printing OLED Material Technology Development," where they have accumulated technology reserves and patents in the field of printed OLED materials.
