Aina Bo Holdings <7539> announced its consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending September 2024 on the 13th. Revenue increased by 4.3% year-on-year to 89.782 billion yen, operating profit rose by 22.7% to 2.171 billion yen, recurring profit grew by 19.8% to 2.477 billion yen, and net income attributable to shareholders decreased by 0.4% to 1.268 billion yen.
The revenue for the detached residence business was 74.684 billion yen, up 1.5% from the previous period, while segment profit decreased by 1.0% to 2.803 billion yen. Sales of tiles and building materials saw an increase year-on-year. Demand for interior tiles for residences has risen. Sales in tile and building materials construction declined year-on-year. While orders for sash construction have increased, orders for exterior wall tile construction have decreased. Sales and constructions related to residential equipment showed an increase year-on-year, with growth in unit bath construction and sanitary ware sales for new builders.
The revenue from large property projects rose by 20.4% year-on-year to 15.098 billion yen, and segment profit increased by 83.4% to 1.044 billion yen. Sales in tile and building materials construction were positive year-on-year, attributable to the acquisition of a stone construction company's subsidiary. Sales and construction of residential equipment also saw positive growth year-on-year, with an increase in unit bath construction for collective housing. Revenue from air conditioning equipment construction exceeded the previous year, with an increase in public property air conditioning replacement work.
For the full-year consolidated performance forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2025, revenue is expected to increase by 3.2% year-on-year to 92.7 billion yen, operating profit is projected to rise by 3.6% to 2.25 billion yen, recurring profit is anticipated to increase by 2.9% to 2.55 billion yen, and net income attributable to shareholders is forecasted to grow by 22.1% to 1.55 billion yen.
