According to the announcement by touyun biotech (01332) on November 20, 2024, its wholly-owned subsidiary shanxi touyun biotech technology co., ltd. received Notice No. [2024] 0009 from the National Health Commission, which stated that the administrative license application for "Rhine Chlorella (white algae)" (later renamed as "Rhine Chlorella") submitted by shanxi touyun biotech technology co., ltd. is essentially equivalent to the Rhine Chlorella mentioned in the National Health Commission's 2022 Announcement No. 2.

Based on this, the group's production of Rhine Chlorella has expanded into new application scopes and spaces, and has started to enter the market for artificial fish, shrimp, and plant-based milk.
